Beverly Hills Revision Liposuction
Beverly Hills is the hub of all things glamorous, beautiful, and thin. For this reason, it is no surprise that Beverly Hills is the plastic surgery hotspot. People from all over travel to my Beverly Hills revision liposuction office dissatisfied with the outcome of other liposuction surgeons to remove excessive fat and to tone and tighten their physique. If you have undergone liposuction and are disappointed by a poor outcome, unfortunately, you are not alone. Many of my patients are in fact people who are in search of revision liposuction to address to poor workmanship of other liposuction surgeons. In a city where image is everything, you expect your liposuction procedure to help you achieve perfect results, not steer away from it. As a result of poor assessment or carelessness by other surgeons, many revision liposuction patients I have seen have saggy, loose skin, too much or too little fat removed from the area. If you have fallen within this category, you do not have to simply deal with the results. Fortunately at my Beverly Hills revision liposuction office, I can offer them solutions to correct problem areas following their prior liposuction treatments.
For some of my patients, I suggest revision liposuction; a procedure designed to correct irregularities and poor results that persist following a liposuction treatment. These irregularities can range from remaining excess fat, saggy skin, or removing too much fat from the area. I often perform revision liposuction a few months after the initial surgery, when the body has time to recover fully from the procedure. Many people assume that a liposuction procedure requires only one visit, but many times, especially in the case of revision liposuction, more than one visit advised to achieve optimal results. In the case of revision liposuction, it is crucial that I am thoroughly informed in regard to your prior liposuction treatment so that I can help you achieve the desired outcome. Within a couple months following your liposuction, is it common for the area to be swollen and scarred. Should this occur, you should not be concerned unless symptoms persist for more than 3 months. During the healing process, it is important not to provoke the area to allow it to heal naturally on its own. I do not recommend revision liposuction until 4-5 months after your procedure or until your body has adequate time to heal and reveal the results of your liposuction. Once the swelling goes down and you see the final results, you can visit my Beverly Hills revision liposuction office if you are not satisfied with your results.
Among cosmetic surgery procedures performed in the U.S., the most common surgery is liposuction. Unfortunately, in relation to these findings, revision liposuction rates are also among the highest. Some studies report revision rates of as much as 25%, meaning that one in four patients undergoing liposuction undergo a revision procedure afterward. At my Beverly Hills revision liposuction office, I have an approximate 1/1,000 revision rate, with the majority of these cases involving only very minimal revision liposuction. Because of my upstanding reputation for precision, incident of dents, ripples and other irregularities rarely occur in my patients, and most of my revision liposuction procedures are performed following the poor result of other liposuction surgeons. I pride myself on my meticulous technique coupled with good judgment in order to consistently achieve outstanding results when performing liposuction, but unfortunately, other surgeons may not be as detailed. Fortunately with these cases, I can often improve upon poor results and help my patients achieve great results at my Beverly Hills revision liposuction office. My prime objective is to achieve perfect results the first time, but if you find you are dissatisfied with the workmanship of your prior liposuction surgeon, I can evaluate your circumstance and approach your Beverly Hills revision liposuction treatment accordingly.
The extent of my revision liposuction procedures are not limited to only certain areas of the body, as I specialize in arm revision liposuction, abdominal revision liposuction, chin revision liposuction, thigh revision liposuction, and many more. Regardless of what area I am working on, my outlook is the same; each patient must be assessed by body type and medical history to find the best approach. With revision liposuction treatments, I assess irregularities in prior liposuction surgeries and remedy this through careful analysis to improve upon the results of other surgeons.
I adamantly believe that the best approach to revision liposuction is to prevent it from happening altogether. I advise all patients interested in liposuction to research both the procedure and the surgeon prior to going under the knife to understand what to expect and to avoid future complications. If you already had liposuction performed and are disappointed with your results, I can provide revision liposuction at my Beverly Hills revision liposuction office to help you achieve the results you want. Revision liposuction is a surgical procedure used to correct irregularities and asymmetry following an initial liposuction procedure. Excess fat is removed from the body via a cannula, a hollow tube connected to a liposuction machine that works to melt, dissolve, and suck fat out of the area. The machinery and tools are first cleaned prior to the procedure to reduce risks of complications. One-time use cannulas are sealed and sterilized to prevent exposure to contaminants, and are immediately disposed of after revision liposuction. First, the patient goes under local anesthesia to minimize discomfort during his or her procedure. The, a tiny incision – roughly 1/8 to ½ inch each, depending on the procedure – is made on the skin and the smallest possible cannula is inserted into the area as to minimize trauma and scarring on the site. The cannula is inserted deep into the fatty layer to remove fat. This drastically reduces chances of having a lumpy, uneven end result. Rather than approaching the targeted area from one access point, I always crisscross the tunnels from at least two to four directions to remove fat uniformly throughout the area. This helps decrease the chances of uneven fat removal from the site. I finish using a very small spatula cannula to even out the skin surface. This helps drastically improve the texture and create a seamless layer throughout.
